The Golden Ally Pro Folding Power Wheelchair (model GP304) is a foldable power wheelchair designed for users who need higher stability and extended range compared to compact travel models. It features rear-wheel drive, pneumatic drive tires, front suspension, and a reinforced frame while maintaining a foldable design for transport and storage. The Ally Pro has a top speed of 5 mph and an operating range of up to 13 miles per charge.

Why We Recommend Golden Ally Pro Folding Power Wheelchair

The Ally Pro is a practical option for users who want a foldable power wheelchair with improved ride stability and range without moving into a full-size, non-folding power wheelchair. Pneumatic rear drive wheels and front suspension provide better ride comfort than basic folding models, and the 330 lb capacity supports a wide range of users.

Rear-Wheel Drive Performance

Rear-wheel drive provides predictable handling and stable straight-line travel, particularly indoors and on smooth outdoor surfaces such as sidewalks and paved paths.

Wheels and Suspension

  • 10 inch pneumatic rear drive wheels
  • 10 inch omni-directional front caster wheels
  • 2 inch anti-tip wheels
  • Front suspension system

The pneumatic rear drive wheels and front suspension help reduce vibration and improve ride comfort compared to solid-tire folding power wheelchairs.

Seating and Controls

  • 17 inch wide by 16 inch deep seat
  • Padded armrests
  • Electronic speed control
  • Smart Control mobile app compatibility
  • USB-A and USB-C charging ports

The seating and control layout is designed for daily usability, with intuitive controls and onboard charging ports for personal devices.

Shipping

Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Full-size and heavy-duty scooters ship via LTL freight carrier; compact and folding models typically ship via FedEx or UPS. Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days, with delivery 5–10 business days after shipment. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote or rural areas — we’ll contact you before processing if extra fees apply.

Freight Delivery

Freight carriers deliver curbside to your driveway or front entrance. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment window. Please make sure a standard freight truck can safely access your address; if it can’t, you may need to meet the driver at a nearby accessible location. An adult 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. The driver is not required to wait while you unbox the scooter.

  • If the packaging looks clean and undamaged, sign and accept the delivery.
  • If you see any holes, dents, tears, or crushed corners, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, then accept the delivery and contact us.
  • If the packaging is severely damaged, refuse the shipment as “Damaged in Transit,” have the driver note it on the BOL, and call us immediately.

Concealed Damage

If your scooter is damaged but the packaging looked fine at delivery, contact us within 72 hours of arrival so we can file a carrier claim and get you a fast resolution. Claims filed after 72 hours cannot be honored by the freight carrier.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your scooter. If you need to return a non-defective unit, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet all of the following:

  • The scooter must be unused, in new/resalable condition, and in its original packaging with all manuals, chargers, keys, and accessories included.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before shipping anything back. Returns without an RA will be refused.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured freight service — we can’t issue a refund on a scooter that’s lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and any deductions for missing accessories or damage.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your scooter arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, that’s on us — contact us within 72 hours and we’ll cover replacement parts, a repair, or a prepaid return label at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or operated scooters
  • Custom-configured orders (custom seating, upgraded tires, color changes, etc.)
  • Batteries sold separately from a scooter
  • Opened consumables and personal-use accessories

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge before they leave the warehouse. Once the scooter has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Questions? Contact us at support@rydego.com or (949) 377-4714 before placing your order — we’d rather help you pick the right scooter the first time than process a return.
