Pride i-Go Folding Scooter

The Pride i-Go Folding Scooter is a compact travel scooter built for portability and simple day-to-day mobility. It folds for storage, can be separated into two main pieces for lifting, and uses a lightweight lithium-ion battery system for convenient charging.
Why We Recommend Pride i-Go Folding Scooter
If your priority is transport and storage, the i-Go checks the right boxes. It is designed to fold down, it can be separated into two main pieces (about 32 lb each per Pride), and it stays practical for daily errands with a 275 lb capacity, up to 4 mph top speed, and up to 9.3 miles of range depending on rider weight and conditions.
Foldable, Towable, and Easy to Stow

Two-Piece Separation for Lifting and Transport
- Base separates into two main pieces

Shipping
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Full-size and heavy-duty scooters ship via LTL freight carrier; compact and folding models typically ship via FedEx or UPS. Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days, with delivery 5–10 business days after shipment. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote or rural areas — we’ll contact you before processing if extra fees apply.
Freight Delivery
Freight carriers deliver curbside to your driveway or front entrance. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment window. Please make sure a standard freight truck can safely access your address; if it can’t, you may need to meet the driver at a nearby accessible location. An adult 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. The driver is not required to wait while you unbox the scooter.
- If the packaging looks clean and undamaged, sign and accept the delivery.
- If you see any holes, dents, tears, or crushed corners, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, then accept the delivery and contact us.
- If the packaging is severely damaged, refuse the shipment as “Damaged in Transit,” have the driver note it on the BOL, and call us immediately.
Concealed Damage
If your scooter is damaged but the packaging looked fine at delivery, contact us within 72 hours of arrival so we can file a carrier claim and get you a fast resolution. Claims filed after 72 hours cannot be honored by the freight carrier.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your scooter. If you need to return a non-defective unit, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet all of the following:
- The scooter must be unused, in new/resalable condition, and in its original packaging with all manuals, chargers, keys, and accessories included.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before shipping anything back. Returns without an RA will be refused.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured freight service — we can’t issue a refund on a scooter that’s lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and any deductions for missing accessories or damage.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your scooter arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, that’s on us — contact us within 72 hours and we’ll cover replacement parts, a repair, or a prepaid return label at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or operated scooters
- Custom-configured orders (custom seating, upgraded tires, color changes, etc.)
- Batteries sold separately from a scooter
- Opened consumables and personal-use accessories
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at no charge before they leave the warehouse. Once the scooter has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
