True-Infinite Positioning

  • True-infinite positioning with independent backrest and footrest movement
  • Designed to allow the footrest to be raised above heart level
  • Supports a wide range of seated and reclined positions

Pride lists the Metro 2 as true-infinite, which is typically chosen when you want more control over back and leg positioning than fixed position types.

Power Headrest and Power Lumbar Adjustment

  • Power headrest adjustment for head, neck, and shoulder support positioning
  • Power lumbar adjustment for customizable lower back support
  • Adjustments are separate from the main lift and recline movement

The Metro 2 includes powered headrest and lumbar adjustments so you can fine-tune fit while seated without relying only on overall recline angle.

Lithium Battery Backup

  • Lithium battery backup is listed on Pride specifications
  • Designed to keep the lift chair recliner operational during power outages
  • Uses the chair's power system as supplied by the manufacturer

Pride lists lithium battery backup for the PLR-925M to support operation when household power is interrupted.

Who This Lift Chair Recliner Is Best For

  • Users who want true-infinite positioning for flexible adjustment
  • Shoppers who want power headrest and power lumbar features
  • Households that want lithium backup power for outage situations
  • Users who need a 400 lb weight capacity rating

What to Expect When It Arrives

  • Plan placement near an electrical outlet and allow clearance behind the chair
  • Distance-from-wall is listed as 14 inches on Pride specifications
  • Initial setup typically includes connecting the hand control per manufacturer instructions
  • Verify battery backup is connected as supplied and ready for use

Before first use, confirm the chair has the listed clearance and that all supplied connections are secure per Pride documentation.

Shipping

Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Full-size and heavy-duty scooters ship via LTL freight carrier; compact and folding models typically ship via FedEx or UPS. Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 2–5 business days, with delivery 5–10 business days after shipment. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote or rural areas — we’ll contact you before processing if extra fees apply.

Freight Delivery

Freight carriers deliver curbside to your driveway or front entrance. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment window. Please make sure a standard freight truck can safely access your address; if it can’t, you may need to meet the driver at a nearby accessible location. An adult 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. The driver is not required to wait while you unbox the scooter.

  • If the packaging looks clean and undamaged, sign and accept the delivery.
  • If you see any holes, dents, tears, or crushed corners, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, then accept the delivery and contact us.
  • If the packaging is severely damaged, refuse the shipment as “Damaged in Transit,” have the driver note it on the BOL, and call us immediately.

Concealed Damage

If your scooter is damaged but the packaging looked fine at delivery, contact us within 72 hours of arrival so we can file a carrier claim and get you a fast resolution. Claims filed after 72 hours cannot be honored by the freight carrier.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your scooter. If you need to return a non-defective unit, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet all of the following:

  • The scooter must be unused, in new/resalable condition, and in its original packaging with all manuals, chargers, keys, and accessories included.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before shipping anything back. Returns without an RA will be refused.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured freight service — we can’t issue a refund on a scooter that’s lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and any deductions for missing accessories or damage.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your scooter arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, that’s on us — contact us within 72 hours and we’ll cover replacement parts, a repair, or a prepaid return label at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or operated scooters
  • Custom-configured orders (custom seating, upgraded tires, color changes, etc.)
  • Batteries sold separately from a scooter
  • Opened consumables and personal-use accessories

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge before they leave the warehouse. Once the scooter has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Questions? Contact us at support@rydego.com or (949) 377-4714 before placing your order — we’d rather help you pick the right scooter the first time than process a return.
